Dear John...just a quick note to thank you for the excellent work you did at our home recently...everything was just as you said it would be...we were concerned about the stale smell from the house being closed up for so long and you suggested the ozone machine...i am not really sure how it works (that's your job, not mine), but it DID work and that is all i am concerned with...i am usually sceptacle about additional processes...not knowing for sure if it will really work and won't know until it's done...but i will say this is worth it...the carpets look just great and the house smells clean...i won't hesitate to contact you for future work and recommend you to my friends...thanks again..

Thank you John, for pulling us out of a bind. The new tenants were able to move in on time just like you told us. YOU SAVED US $1,200.00 replacement cost of carpet and we ALSO got our $400.00 deposit back! The red stain removal you did worked like magic! I will tell all of our friends what great work you do.
